It is announced Firmenich reached an agreement with MG International perfume Company to joint ventures.MG International headquarters is located in Turkey, belonging to the family of Gulcicek, which is famous for offering innovative perfume solutions and first-class service to medium-sized customers in Turkey, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Africa. The Gulcicek family remains a major shareholder in MG international. Upon completion of the transaction, MG international will become a member of Firmenich and keep its original brand name.
